The PumpCap™ trigger capper tightens trigger spray caps, lotion pump caps, mist spray caps and foam dispenser pumps onto plastic and glass containers. The PumpCap spindle capper tightens all types of pump caps and standard screw-on caps ranging from 15mm – 130mm in diameter.
Pump caps include pumps located at the top of the cap. As a result, pump caps cannot be gripped at the top like most other caps, they must be gripped at the side. This makes them difficult to tighten by hand and most types of bottle capping machinery cannot properly tighten pump caps.
The PumpCap™ trigger capper eliminates the struggle of applying pump caps. The four-wheel drive design of the PumpCap™ creates exceptional grip on the cap, which enables the PumpCap™ to drive an extraordinary amount of torque onto pump caps and regular screw-on caps with outstanding torque repeatability. The PumpCap™ has made the tightening of pump caps easy and reliable and has introduced the next generation of spindle capping machinery.
