The Kinex Relia-Cap is an automatic screw capping machine that mounts to an existing conveyor. At a rate of up to 40 caps per minute, the Relia-Cap tightens caps from 10 - 130mm in diameter, and accommodates bottles from 0.5 - 12 inches wide. We designed the Relia-Cap to provide our customers with a completely turn-key, self-contained, and easy to adjust automatic bottle capping machine.
The Relia-Cap automatic screw capper features a touchscreen display and easy to navigate menu. It displays real time production information, including the number of caps it has tightened and the production rate in bottles per minute. All program adjustments are at your fingertips to provide you with complete control over the capping machine. Capping programs can be saved and stored for future use.

The Relia-Cap can be used with a cap feeder installed upstream of the Relia-Cap to preplace the caps onto the bottles, or an operator can preplace the caps onto the bottles. A conveyor and cap feeder are not included with the Relia-Cap.
The capping heads installed on the Relia-Cap automatic bottle capping machine are the same capping heads installed on our SA™ capping machines. These capping heads have a long and well-respected track record for delivering precision torque control and repeatable torque accuracy. The torque output is easily adjustable by rotating an external torque dial. We will custom build your capping head to match the torque requirements of the caps you will be tightening. Optional oil-free capping heads, stainless steel capping heads or exhaust capture capping heads are also available.

This will allow us to test the Relia-Cap with your caps and containers to ensure that you will be very pleased with your purchase. If you would like, we will be happy to send you videos of the Relia-Cap tightening your caps onto your containers. In addition, we will record, save, and share with you all of the recommended settings so you can get up and running quickly.
When sending samples, please include the following:
