What began with a pioneering capping machine has grown into a broader portfolio that includes capping machines, cap feeders, filling machines, and integrated bottling line systems. We are not like many packaging machinery suppliers who are eager to sell equipment but then become difficult to reach when problems arise or spare parts are needed. We are not happy unless our customers are completely pleased with their purchase. If a customer is not completely satisfied, we want to hear from them. We will work with them to resolve any issues, and if we cannot resolve them, we want them to return the equipment for a refund.
We provide our customers with the tools they need to get up and running quickly, along with support they can rely on for as long as they own the equipment. Every machine comes with a thorough, detailed user’s manual, and customers also have access to a library of video tutorials. Because we view our customers as long-term partners, we provide free, unlimited technical support whenever they need it.
