Hi KINEX, I want to tell everybody who is looking to buy a filling machine or capping machine or torque tester that I think that KINEX is the best choice.

1.Relia-filling machine is very easy to operate with and the accuracy of this machine is amazing. When you calibrate it every time, she makes the right amount from your product no matter what quantity you want.

2. The CAPPING MACHINE is the best one I have used. My model is handheld stainless steel with air and it works very excellent.

3. If you want your jars, bottles to be tightened well buy also the torque tester.

I waited until I gained some knowledge and experience with the Kinex filling & capping line before I wrote a review. I believe this is the only way to do an honest review. Here is my review.

Shipment: We received the equipment in excellent condition due to the well done and protective crating by your team. After purchasing equipment over the years, more times than I would like to remember, the equipment came in poor quality crating, which many times, resulted in damage. I was pleasantly surprised to receive well constructed crating by your team. This shows care! No cutting corners, top notch. I have to give an A+.

Set-up: Specs and instructions for each piece of equipment came in nicely done and separate binders. This made setting up the equipment very quick. The instructions are an easy read and made understanding the operation of equipment and performing changes just as easy. A!

Operation: After making a few minor adjustments to the filling and capping machine to accommodate our 4 oz. bottles, we have been been in production without any problems. A!

Quality: The filler station, pumps, feeder table, accumulation table, conveyer line and capper station are exactly as described and in some cases better than everyone expected. This is good solid and quality equipment. A!

I purchased an SA Bench Top Capping Machine in 2014. The machine itself has worked like a charm for the past seven years. Over that time, I have had two relatively minor issues with it, both of my own fault and each time the team at Kinex were extremely helpful. ReAgent have been using Kinex Cappers’ equipment for a number of years now. We started out with a benchtop PumpCap bottle capping machine and found this to be very versatile and reliable. We have used the PumpCap machine on 1L bottles fitted with trigger sprays down to 10ml bottles with standard screw caps. The flexibility and ease of setup of this machine are excellent.

When we were in the market for an additional capper we didn’t hesitate to contact Kinex Cappers, the team at Kinex helped us to establish the correct machine for our application. Sample bottles and caps were supplied to Kinex Cappers and we decided to purchase the Relia-Cap Automatic capping machine. We found Kinex easy to work with. The professionalism displayed from all departments makes it a joy to do business with them. We have a machine we modified to fill small jars with a 46mm cap. We had created a prototype chuck on our own that worked for proof of concept but would require the liner we created to be replaced every 3,000 units or so. When we had to make the change, it would put the machine down until the next day for the gluing of the liner to it. Debbie helped us with a custom chuck that uses standard Kinex liners. This is an absolute dream. We had to make the first change of a liner after 20,000 caps and it took 2 minutes (and that was with us doing it the first time) and the line was back up and running! This is a real time saver and money maker for us!

I cannot recommend Kinex strongly enough. If you give them a chance, you will be a raving fan in no time.

Just wanted to let you know how please we have been with our Relia-Cap. It is a real improvement over the old Accutek capper we had before. The Relia-Cap is faster and much more accurate. We are now able to cap bottles from 2 ounces through 2.5 gallons without any issue. We just finished seven different runs of more than 2,000 bottles each without any issue. We have also been pleased with the help we have received to answer the few odd questions that have come up. I have no hesitation in recommending the Relia-Cap. We are a very small new company. However, on a weekly basis we needed to be able to cap thousands of very small bottles. Our fingers were getting very sore from hand twisting all those caps. We tried ordering another capper from outside of the US. It was clunky, the chuck was very large and we could never really tell if the caps were on tight. My wife has been my “Capper” for over 20 years. Sometimes we are bottling 30-40 thousand bottles a month of various containers!! In a word, she is “Tickled” not to have to crank the caps anymore!! The unit is very easy to changeover, sometimes that is a daily task for us. The learning curve is very short; last week, we had four changeovers, from a 24mm ct, 38mm ct, 63mm lug and finally an 82mm lug !! Whew!!

We are a company that specializes in the development and manufacturing of natural products in Indonesia. We manufacture over 100 SKU of our own brand as well as a number of custom products for customers. Our production space is very small and our production runs vary between 100 units to 10,000 + units at a time. Needless to say our change overs in our production have to be quick and the equipment we use needs to work quickly and effectively. We have production equipment that we have sourced from all over the world both cheaply made and very expensive. Capping was always over looked in our production line as it was the simplest task to do. We finally decided it was time to get a capping machine and the hunt began. We found machines that looked the same from $200 up to about $1000. Kinex was always on the higher end of the scale and for such a simple machine that the PS Pneumatic is I could not really get my head around the price. Kinex seemed to have the most attachments and best knowledge on cappers that I could find so I sent them an enquiry. Having many bottles sizes and many liner and chuck options I decided it was best to send them all of my packaging and have them let me know what would be the best set up for us. Shortly after sending my packaging I received an email letting me know what we needed, with a sales order a bit higher than what I was wanting to pay. I instructed accounting to pay the invoice with some hesitation and waited to see what nightmare would show up at our door like has happened so often with so many of our machines. A few weeks later the capper arrived. The machine was neatly packed in several boxes which were clearly marked as well as a very easy to read instruction manual. With my hesitation building and my fear of what problems were to arise from this little capper building I attached it to one of our production benches at lunch followed the instructions for set up to the T and tested it out. To my surprise the thing worked, it did exactly what it said it would do with no fuss, no weird settings no calls to Kinex the thing just worked. I could not believe it and I suddenly found myself sitting in production capping bottle after bottle just to see how fast I could go. This little machine out of all of our production equipment has brought the most joy to my production team. Including the support, options and the fact the thing just works, the machine is well worth the price tag.

The first was the PS-200 hand held capper which was great and is still in daily use and a good piece of equipment that does exactly what it was designed for. Our research team is based in Northern NSW Australia. We approached Kinex for a novel solution to an issue of ensuring glass ExetainerTM vials had consistent and perfect cap tension. These vials are pre-evacuated in our laboratory in preparation for Greenhouse Gas sample collection. As such the cap tension needs to be just-so to ensure the rubber septum under the cap is not distorted but is tight enough to retain a vacuum. This task had been done by hand but with a weekly turn-over of several thousand vials an OH&S issue soon developed.

Once approached with my enquiry the team at Kinex enthusiastically responded to the challenge, accepting my offer to send them a number of sample vials to trial on their equipment. Within days of receipt of the sample vials, I received a series of video demonstrations along with a detailed recommendation from the team on which equipment they had trialed and what they believed would be most suitable. We were immediately impressed with their commitment and proceeded to place an order for the recommended capping machine & configuration.

Our SA-1000 pneumatically operated Semi-Automatic Bench-top Capping Machine with dual push button activated bottle gripping base was delivered promptly and in perfect condition. It was incredibly easy to install and calibrate and has now performed faultlessly for over 18months, processing several thousand vials per week with zero failure. We have found consumables – namely white rubber chuck-inserts to be reasonably priced and readily available. There have been no further OH&S incidents and our quality control is assured.

Our Jelly Making consisted of an automatic filling machine and semi-automatic labeling machine. Capping was the bottleneck. After installing a Kinex capper, our manpower load was equalized. We reduced labor by 0.15 man hours per case by eliminating the tedious task of hand capping. We are able to rotate our laborers at will among the different jobs, resulting in a more harmonious atmosphere.

I estimate that the Kinex Capper paid off itself in less than 2 months. I wish I knew earlier that this machine existed. It changed my business.
