LS™ 100 Pneumatic Cap Tightener

LS™ Series

The LS™ 100 cap tightener, our least expensive bottle capper, tightens screw and lug caps from 18 mm to 85 mm. This capper offers an external torque dial that makes changing the torque fast and simple with precise results. Other cappers offered by our competitors in this price range have either no torque adjustment, internal torque adjustment which requires tools and is time consuming, or require altering the air pressure to the capper to achieve proper tightness. The LS™100 features excellent torque repeatability that translates into high product quality for the user. It suspends weightlessly from the included Kinex Pneumatic Capper Stand and Capper Balancer.

A 12 foot coil air hose with adaptor for capping machine, stand mounted quick disconnect coupler, 6' limp air hose for hook up to in-house air supply, 1 chuck and 1 chuck insert are also included as standard equipment. The LS™ 100 does not offer the many ergonomic features found with the PS™ Series Pneumatic Cappers.

• Kinex™ Pneumatic Capper Stand - 43" high with 30" swivel boom, includes a mounted quick-disconnect coupling, 12 foot coil air hose to connect to pneumatic capper, and 6’ limp hose with 1/4” swivel male inlet for hook-up to in-house air supply. (The LS™ can also be purchased without the stand.)
• Capper Balancer - suspends capper weightlessly overhead to reduce operator fatigue.
• One chuck - 8 sizes to choose from, handle cap range of 18 mm - 85 mm.
• One liner (chuck insert) - 8 sizes correspond with chuck sizes.
