What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via MasterCard, Visa, American Express, money orders, company PO, checks and wire transfer. We also accept payment via our Pay Pal account (account e-mail address: shannon@kinexcappers.com).

International orders must be prepaid before the items will be shipped.

What are my shipping costs?

Shipping charges for all part orders shipped within the continental United States is $7.50 (excludes capping machines).

Shipping charge for a Kinetic™ Capping Machine (and its associated parts) shipped within the continental United States is $25.00.

Shipping charge for an ES™, PS™, or LS™ Capping Machine (and associated parts) shipped within the continental United States is $20.00.

Customers requiring products shipped to locations outside of the continental United States will be billed actual shipping costs. We are also happy to work with the carrier of your choosing.

How long is the warranty?

Our warranty period is one year for all parts and labor, excluding liner wear.

How will I receive my capper?

Our default shipping method is UPS Ground, Insured. Other carriers and services can be used upon request.

How long will a liner last?

It varies with the type of cap that you are tightening, as well as the person operating the capper. A liner will wear faster when you are tightening a cap that has a ribbed or rough edge.

What is the difference between a white rubber liner and a urethane liner?

In most cases, urethane liners provide greater traction than the rubber liners. Most of our customers prefer using the urethane liners due to their better gripping power. However, because some of our customers prefer rubber liners, we will continue to carry both types.

Does the machine work with lug caps?

Yes.

Does the machine work with crown caps or beer caps?

No.
