Chucks

Constructed of hard grade aluminum, our chucks come in 12 sizes to fit caps from 5 mm - 120 mm.

Irregular Caps?

Our standard chucks are built to handle irregular caps with no modification, and no additional charge. Our standard chucks accommodate: Plastic Disc Caps, Dropper Caps, Spout Caps, Dispensing Caps, Push-Pull Caps, Pour Spout Caps, Pull Spout Caps, Mist Spray Caps, Flip Top Caps, Over Caps, Sports caps, and many more.

Which Insert (liner) is right for you?™

Urethane Inserts - Provide superior gripping properties and excellent wear characteristics. Our standard urethane liner, 55 durometer, is the best choice for most applications. Urethane liners are also available in 70 and 80 durometer.

White Rubber Inserts - Feature a durometer rating of 83 and very high tensile strength. A good choice when tightening caps with deep serrations, or other abrasive applications. White rubber liners do not grip as well as urethane liners.

Durometer - Is the international standard of measuring the hardness of rubber, plastic and other non-metallic materials. A higher durometer rating indicates a harder rubber.
