PumpCap with Bottle Activated-Base

This video demonstrates how to use the Kinex Cappers® PumpCap™ trigger capper with Bottle Activated Backstop to tighten trigger spray caps. To cap a container, the operator places a cap loosely onto the bottle and then places the bottle onto the base of the machine and against the integrated switch located on the backstop. When the bottle pushes the switch, the drive wheels swing in and tighten the cap in less than a second. When the capping motor has completed tightening the cap, it will automatically shut off. The drive wheels will then swing away from the cap and the perfectly capped bottle can be removed from the capping machine.

The Bottle Activated Backstop includes a built-in switch that initiates the capping process when the bottle is pressed against it. It eliminates the need to press a foot pedal or dual push buttons and as a result increases the speed and productivity of the capping process.

The Bottle Activated Backstop accommodates bottles up to 6.50 inches in diameter and is constructed of 304 stainless steel and hard coat anodized aluminum for outstanding corrosion resistance.
