For automated bottling lines that do not include a cap feeder, operators are usually required to manually place caps onto containers that are in motion along a conveyor. The task of manually placing caps onto containers traveling along a conveyor is quite difficult.
The cap feeding gate system simplifies the manual cap placement process on an automated capping line. This user-friendly gate system stops the flow of bottles just before they enter the capping area, making it much easier and faster for the operator to place caps onto the containers.
