Automatic Bottling Line

This video shows a Kinex Cappers® fully automatic bottling line filling and capping bottles. A fully automatic bottling line drastically improves productivity by removing the need for manual cap placement. Using the machines featured in this video, you can reach rates of up to 60 bottles per minute.

The bottling line shown in this video consists of a 3-foot rotary in-feed table with unscrambler, a 20 foot long, 4.5-inch wide, inline conveyor, a four head Relia-Max™ filling machine, a QuickFeed™ cap feeder, an Auto-Max™ single head capping machine, and a 3-foot rotary accumulation table.

The video shows how the bottles flow through the bottling line, from start to finish.  At the start of the bottling line, empty bottles are placed onto the 3-foot rotary infeed table with unscrambler.  From there the bottles flow onto the conveyor.

The conveyor moves the bottles to the filling machine that is mounted along the bottling line.  When the bottles reach the filling station, the filling nozzles of the Kinex Cappers® Relia-Max™ filling machine descend to precisely fill the bottles to the desired volume.

The conveyor then moves the filled bottles to the Quick-Feed™ cap feeder that is mounted along the bottling line.  When the bottles reach the cap placement station, the QuickFeed™ places caps onto the containers.

The conveyor then moves the bottles with pre-placed caps to the Auto-Max™ capping machine that is mounted along the bottling line.  When the bottles reach the capping station, the Auto-Max™ capping machine accurately tightens the caps to the desired torque.

The conveyor then moves the filled and capped bottles onto a rotary accumulation table where they can be packed into cartons or cases for storage or distribution.
