PS™ 300 Power Cap Package

The PS-300 Power Cap Package includes 3 main components:

• PS-300 Capping Machine - Has the power necessary to deliver high torque with excellent torque repeatabilty and accuracy.
• PST-100 Kinex Pneumatic Capping Machine Stand - Suspends the capping machine and KST 100 Torque Stabilizing Arm weightlessly and ergonomically. The 30 inch arm swivels 180 degrees allowing for a large work area to be covered. The stand also makes for easy mounting and organinzing of the capping machine, capper balancer and air hoses.
• KST-100 Torque Stabilizing Arm - A hand held capping machine becomes very difficult and fatiguing to hold in high torque applications such as those associated with tightening large caps. The Kinex Torque Stabilizing Arm (KST-100) holds the PS-300 still so the operator does not have to. It eliminates 100% of the twisting torque generated during the capping process, protecting the operators fingers, hands, wrists and arms from repetitive strain. The result is a machine that is very ergonomic.
