This video shows how the Kinex Cappers® PST-100 capper support stand can be used to increase the speed and productivity of tightening caps onto bottles with a hand held capping machine. In this video, the operator is using a PST-100 capper support stand with PS-200 hand held chuck capper to tighten 38mm caps onto one-gallon containers. The PST-100N capper support stand consists of a 42-inch column, a 39-inch arm, and a trolley that slides along the arm. As can be seen by watching the video, the swiveling action of the arm about the column, and the gliding action of the trolley along the arm, provide for excellent freedom of movement for the hand held bottle capper and allows the operator to tighten caps over a wide area.
