There is a model of the Kinetic™ Capping Machine to meet your needs
Totally Enclosed Model - If the environment you will be capping in is moist, dusty, or dirty, the Totally Enclosed model is built with such conditions in mind. This capper comes equipped with a power unit that is better protected from such conditions and will ensure your capper will give you many years of reliable service.
Two Speed Model - Two speed models are recommended for use with very small caps, less than 18mm, or larger caps, greater than 55 mm, when operating on 60 hertz electricity.
When operating at high speed, Two Speed Kinetic Cappers run at a similar RPM to the standard Kinetic™ Capper, but the Two Speed models have a slower speed as well. The slower speed is useful for low torque applications such as tightening small caps. The slower speed is also recommended for tightening very large caps because large caps require large chucks. The weight of a large chuck can significantly increase the torque applied in such applications and over tightening can result. The slower speed available with the 2-speed model will compensate for excessive torque.
For models that run on 50 hertz electricity, a Two Speed model is not necessary, as the RPM on these machines is appropriate for the entire torque range, from 10mm - 120mm.
Models to match the electrical infrastructure of your facility - The standard (U.S. domestic) Kinetic™ Capper runs on 110 Volts and 60 Hertz(cycles). We also offer different combinations that include:
- 110 Volts and 50 Hertz
- 220 Volts and 60 Hertz
- 220 Volts and 50 Hertz
