Pucks provide the stability required for small or narrow bottles to be conveyed securely

This video shows Kinex Cappers® pucks transporting tubes on an automated bottle packaging line. Pucks are used to support bottles as they move through the bottling process. The stability provided by pucks is particularly important for small or narrow bottles, such as tubes and vials, which do not travel well on conveyors due to their limited stability.

Kinex Cappers® pucks are custom bored to match the diameter of the tube or small bottle they are to be used with. They include a clamping feature that will prevent the bottle from rotating during the cap placement and cap tightening operations.

Constructed of 60 durometer shore Durethane, Kinex Cappers® pucks are rectangular in shape with chamfered edges that enable them to travel through the turns and curves along your bottling line.
